Team Member Descriptions

Team Member Descriptions:

Project Estimator: Must be knowledgeable in general construction. Must be able to assess a project and determine materials, tool and team size requirements. The project estimator must also put together a estimated cost for the project.

Team Leader: Must be able to lead teams of up to 10 members. Must be skilled in General Construction and be able to instruct other in how to perform tasks correctly. Team leaders must also be willing to make calls to coordinate their team members.

Team Members: Volunteers willing to use their spiritual gifts for the Glory of God.

Materials Manager: Maintains accurate inventory of materials stored in barn. Organizes and sorts donated materials
